I've paid for a Dropbox subscription, but my space remained 2GB.
Hi, why does my storage still showing 2gb instead of 2TB? ive bought the plan and the payment is successful. Would appreciate the help, thanks :)

Hey coldair, sorry to hear that.
If you're signed into a free Basic account, but are getting charged, it usually means that you have another account that's on a paid subscription.
Let's see what we can find about this, though.
Are the charges coming to your credit card or are you paying through iTunes/Google Play?
If it's a credit card charge, please use the billing info here, to find the email address associated with the paid account; is it the exact same one as the one you see in your free 2 GB account?

Also, what payment method did you use? Credit card, PayPal, something else? If it was any service that works like a bank transfer, those usually take a few days to clear.
