Left the company tied to my account, lost access, but I'm still being charged

I have recently been charged for dropbox from an account I know longer use or have access to. 
I thought before I left the company that i cancelled my membership/turned off auto renew but clearly this isnt the case. I know longer can access the email address I had the account with.

I simply want to cancel the furture charges and get a refund for the charge that i received today. 

Does anyone know how i can get assistance with deleteing my old account and getting a refund?

    It'd be happy to help.

    You should be able to follow the steps our Community Manager posted here, in order to open a new ticket with our Support.

    Once you do that, feel free to reply back to me here and share your ticket number, so that I can locate it on our system.

    If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know.
