Hi Megan, both laptops were brought brand new without dropbox pre-installed.
- Morfatt4 years agoExplorer | Level 3Hi Megan, no I was the person to unbox it and switch it on. The lenovo promotion came up for 100gb free, so I clicked it and it installed Dropbox. When I created a new account, I saw it only has 2gb of space unfortunately.

You just need to log on to the account and complete sign up - note that you cannot have had an account with a promo previously AND the install has to have been preinstalled. If you downloaded a version from the web its not eligible.
