Loyalty program to redeem points to reduce subscription fee

I'm very surprised that a 7 billion dollar market cap publicly traded company doesn't have this already. Other companies do so why not this one?  Basically every year that you're with Dropbox on a ...

Well American Express has loyalty points for cash back, and other retailers have the same thing. 

It might not be similar in nature but it's a great initiative. 

I can show more but there's data that shows loyalty programs make companies more money.
