Message from Dropbox about completing date of birth by 1st September or lose Family Plan Access
I received the same email & have the same issue. I can't find where to update the DOB from! This truly frustrating for how much we pay for this service. Not to mention that we store important persona...

Dear Megan,
Thank you for your email. Could you please give me the email of Support Team, so i can email directly to them. Through "Contact Dropbox support", i just can chat with Chatbot and no thing can be solved. I am worry that my account will be disable soon after 48 hours as Dropbox's notice sent to my email.
