My paid account has been downgraded to Basic after making the payment.
From INDIA using ICICI bank debit card.
I made the payment for a yearly subscription renewal. Here is confirmation email text:
A purchase of Rs. 10,666.45 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX914 on 11-Feb-25. Info: VIN*Dropbox
Now, my account has been downgraded to our Dropbox Basic plan.
What is this?
How do we get support on this kind of issues? The website gives no email address to contact.

Have you reached out to your bank to make sure there's no issue with your previous transaction?
If you have, and since we don’t have any account visibility on the forum, I can go ahead and log a ticket for you. Can I message you to the email address that’s linked to your Community profile here?

The transaction was completed correctly. Please raise a ticket. My email address is correctly linked to my Community Profile. It is also the same as my Dropbox account ID.
