My payment is complete but the account seems to still be Basic.

Via Website through laptop
Question or Issue
I completed the payment for Dropbox Plus using UPI in India. The payment is reflected in my bank account and a mandate has already been completed. However, it is not reflecting in my billing status and the plan has also not been upgraded.

Is it possible to clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here. If that doesn't help don't worry about it, I can reach out via email to assist you further.
