My subscription has been canceled and the billing status is completed
I have subscribed for family plan and I got the billing status is completed but by subscription is cancled
my invoice ID: [removed per the Community's Guidelines]
Please anyone help me out

Can you let us know what's reported in your plan tab and your billing page at the moment and also how you upgraded in the first place?
Was it, for example, via the website directly or through the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
Are you sure that you're logged into the correct Dropbox account?
