paid for upgrade, haven't received an upgrade
okay, as I'm a student I used unidays 30% off yearly subscription plan, when I did this I was logged into my dropbox account and I paid for the upgrade for 6.99 a month. since paying for it, I have received no upgrade, I also have not got any emails confirming any payment, the only evidence I've got is a bank transaction, even on the dropbox "billing" page it says there is no activity.
someone please help!!!

Hey ewanmillard, sorry to hear about this.
Could you let us know if you upgraded your Dropbox account through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device perhaps?
If it's the former, you can try using our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with your charge and check if it's an exact match with the one you see in your account's settings online.
In any case, please let us know more and we'll take it from there.
