Receiving emails about paid account being shut down - how can I make sure the account is safe?

I am writing on behalf of my parent, who have been receiving emails about the shutdown of their (German) account and I am looking for help on this, as they are worried and I find it difficult to manage for them from a different country. The account (same account, same username) is in fact now paid on a monthly basis and no longer per annual direct debit, but it is done via iOS Appstore. They are worried that they will lose their ability to continue using it. 

Can you please furnish me with a direct private contact email so I can forward the email and explain further including account details. I am sure that this is about a disconnect in your database, but I will need to be able to confirm to them that their account is safe to use.

    There is no direct email address to contact. They can contact Support by opening a support request.

    Tell them to visit the Support page while they're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and they'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in. After submitting the form they'll receive an email with a ticket number.
