unable to restore purchase
There's a free trial right now and somehow I'm still charged for the upgrade. But I also cannot access my new space, keeps saying I need to upgrade, and when I go to restore my purchase it says (NSURLError Domain Error 409.)

- andre3474 years agoNew member | Level 2I bought a pro subscription and it processed payment through the App Store and shows I paid. But in the Dropbox app it doesn’t show my updated subscription and keeps asking me to upgrade for more storage. I keep clicking restore purchases and it comes up with this error message: Unable to Restore Purchases
The operation couldn't be completed.

Hey ltg444, sorry to jump in here.
Can I actually reach out to you via email, so we can look into this internally?

Hi ltg444, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Are you on a stable and reliable WiFi network?
Could you try connecting to cellular data to restore the purchases?
This will help me to assist further!
