I have just had £216 taken from my account for an upgrade I neither requested nor authorised! I don't ever use Dropbox!

Hey Wursty, sorry to hear about this.
Can you please clarify if you've tried our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with this charge?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

Hey Wursty, sorry for jumping in. Can you please clarify where you’ve provided this info? Because I don’t see it on the forum.

Hi Wursty, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
