Unknown dropbox charge

Hi, I have an unknown dropbox charge that appeared on via paypal.

 

I have checked the bank statement and all it says is : PAYPAL *DROPBOXINTE 000000000

so it does not work if I input it in the Credit card/account online checker tool on your website. The paypal transaction ID is also in the wrong format and that ID does not work in the  checker tool.


i can give you the transaction ID on the paypal, date and paypal account via email.

    I have an identical issue, which I just detected in the process of going through bank statements. I have been charged twice, in October 2021 and again in October 2022.

    Thank you for your answer about the best way to proceed and have submitted a request on the support page.

     

    I am hoping this matter will be resolved in a timely manner.

    You should be able to get in touch with our support team through this form

     

    Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill out all the relevant information along with an email address we can reach you at.

    Unfortunately my browser, Safari, doesn't recognise the link to the form, so I can't open it. Just checking this is genuine before I try it again on Google Chrome.

    Try it again, please. There was a problem with the link in Walter's reply (it was incomplete). I've corrected it.
