Unknown dropbox charge
Hi, I have an unknown dropbox charge that appeared on via paypal.
I have checked the bank statement and all it says is : PAYPAL *DROPBOXINTE 000000000
so it does not work if I input it in the Credit card/account online checker tool on your website. The paypal transaction ID is also in the wrong format and that ID does not work in the checker tool.
i can give you the transaction ID on the paypal, date and paypal account via email.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

I used to have an email address for all my subscriptions including Dropbox. I was sure I cancelled my Dropbox subscription, but I’m still getting charged $15,99 on my debit card. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the address I used for the Dropbox account and can’t seem to find the 12 digit transaction ID on my bank statement. All I’m seeing is a 7 digit alphanumerical code on the Dropbox line item followed by 12 numbers (tried using them but nothing came up). I’m either getting charged for my old dropbox account or someone used my card without my authorization.

Hello, I have been encountering a Drop Box problem for a few months, I have been taken from a Business offer that does not exist.
A few months ago, I took a business trial offer (with first month free) and then I started to be charged. So far, so good.
But when I wanted to cancel, I couldn't find my invoices or my Business offer anywhere, I was still on a free basic offer.
I couldn't find a solution to cancel so I deleted my account in July.
And here I am again debited from € 19.99 in August for a non-existent account. I can not find any solution to stop this, I had to create a new account to send you this message. Can someone help me please. - Megan5 years ago

Is there any change that you have two Dropbox accounts?
