If youâre not able to cancel the subscription by following the steps mentioned above, since you subscribed via Google Play, Iâd kindly recommend contacting them for more info on the matter.

I'm also having the same problem. It's not showing in Google play as a subscription so I'm unable to cancel

7 years agoHi Ped11, sorry to hear that youâre also having this issue.
As a first step, please check if the email address connected to your Google Play is the same as your Dropbox account. From there, since you mention that you subscribed via Google Play, Iâd recommend contacting them for more info as they may be able to further assist.

The account is the same google and Dropbox. I have tried contacting google but it always makes me post a question on the community page and none is replying to it. I canât find away to cancel it and I canât really afford it

I too have no subscription, and Google has declined any knowledge or wrong doing.
I have now been forced to pay for 3 months of this dratted program that I simply can not afford.

At first, please note that you can look up the email address and payment date associated with a charge with our credit card self-serve lookup tool:

If you're still having trouble with this and you subscribed to one of our plans through your mobile device, I'm afraid there's not much we can do from our end and you'll have to contact Google support for more info.
