When upgrading your Dropbox account to a Plus plan via the iTunes platform, did Apple send you a receipt for your purchase?
Also, is there any chance that you have another Dropbox account under a different email address, which could have been upgraded instead?

- StefanM2 years agoExplorer | Level 3I have the same issue. Upgraded via Apple Store from Dropbox Plus to Family and it still shows my DropBox plus subscription. I did receive the Apple payment receipt but canât invite family members or even see the change in Plan in the app. Under my AppleIDâs subscription the Family plan shows though as subscribed for a year
