Upgraded my storage and it’s not showing in my account
I upgraded my account a few days ago via apple iTunes and I get an error message. It took my money £9.99 but didn’t upgrade my Dropbox. My email is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] P.s Wis...

Hi Chris8383, welcome to our Community!
Do you remember perhaps whether you upgraded your account directly from the Dropbox website or via Google Play/iTunes?
Also, can you please clarify if you have two Dropbox accounts linked to two different emails?
If you have the transaction ID that is linked to your charges, you can also take a look here. That'll help you identify the Dropbox account behind the charge.

Hi Chris8383, just to clarify, and make sure we're on the same page here; do you mean that you have two Dropbox accounts, out of which one is upgraded, while the other one isn't?
Are they both upgraded, by any chance? Also, if you can't see your upgrade reflected in your account, can you try following these steps, please?

Upgraded but it charged me for the subscription. I really need the extra space on that account for family photos/ videos - m4rtich3 years agoExplorer | Level 4Chris8383, I had the same issue when I opened this thread. You don’t have an issue with Dropbox, your issue is with iTunes. I had no luck in receiving my money back from iTunes. If you need storage ASAP, easiest thing to do is update on Dropbox Plus via Dropbox webpage (on your laptop), you will get storage immediately and then try to get your money back from iTunes (or maybe try to arrange a refund from Dropbox).
