Thank you again
The simple answer is I do not know if there is an account with with any or all of these emails accounts
I have tried to log in using them but after discussing with the Dropbox support a couple of years ago they said just to use one
So I use [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

Hey Peter1944, sorry to jump in here!
You mentioned that your existing upgrade will end on 22/11/2022. Are you certain your account was upgraded?
Can you try using our self-serve look-up tool, to see where the charge is coming from? That'll help us rule out any other Dropbox accounts, before you upgrade your current one.

Thank you Megan
It is my credit card will expire on 22/11/2022 not my upgrade
I believe now the upgrade plan expired back in September
The whole point of me contacting Dropbox was to allow me to update my Credit Details

Hey Peter1944, how are you today?
Can we actually reach out to you via email, so we can look into this privately?

I'm having the same issue with getting the message "You can’t update your billing information because Credit Card doesn’t support None currency." I tried to enter a new credit card (two different cards) and also unsuccessful in using the Paypal option. Our account has been downgraded because of the problem making the payment.

Hi weesie46, I’m sorry to hear about this.
Did you also try to upgrade your Dropbox account via different browsers/incognito window?

The user I was having trouble with is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] I was trying to update the billing information, which didn't work. I finally just went to upgrade the account to 2TB instead of doing it by updating billing information. It had been reduced to 2 GB since the yearly fee hadn't been paid.

Hey weesie46, if the account was downgraded, upgrading it through our plans page was the best way to go about it.
It sounds like everything is back on track now, right?
