Want to cancel subscription but cannot log in
I have been with Dropbox over 10yrs, thousands of photos, and decided it was time to cancel subscription. Been working on the past week making sure all photos have been copied to external drives and...

Can you please send us a screenshot of the error you're getting when trying to access the Dropbox account you're trying to cancel?
Also, did you upgrade via the website directly or through the app store on a mobile device in the first place?
Any additional information is more than welcome.
PS: You can reach out to our support team through an incognito window where you're not signed into any Dropbox account from this page (for access issues) and this one (for cancelling).

That you walter for the fast response, I ended up speaking with Marcus when I got home today and i decided to delete my account as it was too much work and frustrating.
I did finally get back in with my password but once again half way thru perm deleting my photos it said "Invalid Password" which is crazy as I use a Password Manager...so anyway I am glad I made the decision to finally leave Dropbox, no more frustration..Thank you for your time.
