A problem occurred while processing this request

Hello,
Every time I open a web page from a smartphone or pc to log into Dropbox, I get the message "A problem occurred while processing this request" after entering my login.

I cleaned the browser cache, changed browser,... but the error persists.

I still receive my double auth code. And can log in to Dropbox.

Do you know why this message?

Thanks in advance

Hi Pixcel, how are you today?

If you use incognito mode and try to access your account, do you still see the error there?

If so, can you send me a screenshot of it so I can see it too?

    Let me know.

    Thanks for the screenshots Pixcel!

Is this behavior limited to your mobile, or does the same thing happen when you're using the web?

When was the last time you accessed your account?

It's not limited to my smartphone but I tryed also on some pcs and it's the same error also with edge, Chrome...
I think it's something with my DropBox account.

I can access to my Dropbox account with this error:
I login to Dropbox with my username and password> the error message appears > I receive the auth code > I validate the auth code > I'm connected into DropBox.
I don't know what does mean this error...
I have also an application who send automatically each day some files into DropBox (linked with DropBox) but now the automatically process (linked to Dropbox) for this application doesn't works anymore. Each Day I must connect into DropBox manually and 2 month ago this was automatically connected.
The application support asks me to check my DropBox connection and I saw this error after some tests connection in DropBox login webpage.
