Can't link work account, pop-up msg says already linked but it's not
On my desktop app, I used to have both my personal Dropbox account and my work account. The work account is no longer active (it's been over 1.5 years). And now I'm trying to link a new work account ...

Thanks for reaching out.
Could you start by signing out of both of the accounts in the app? If you go to the Dropbox icon and right click, then preferences, accounts, and sign out of both.
Can you then try and reconnect to the personal one and also add the new work one?
Tell us how you are getting on after these steps.

Hi DBX_Pedro, thanks for the suggestion. I signed out of my personal account only (as the other account doesn't show up anywhere), both on the webpage and the desktop app. I re-signed in with the personal one, and went to Settings > General > Link accounts, and still got the same error message. Is there another line of steps I should have followed?
I had also tried earlier to uninstall the desktop app and re-install it, and still didn't work.
