I AGREE. I just wasted 20 minutes trying to get through it. I was trying to use Dropbox to file share, but I ran out of space. I was TRYING TO PAY for an upgrade-- literally buying the service, and I cannot get through it. Absolutely horrific and disability un-friendly. I've decided to use google drive instead. Absolutely ridiculous.
