Dropbox with a UAC prompt every 10 minutes
hello,
I get a very annoying UAC prompt to allow Dropbox to execute with admin privileges every 10 minutes.
I having this issue in a week now.
What to do?

I searched Google for the error message that you're receiving. Please read the first article that's listed below for possible causes and fixes.

10 years agoThe only solution is a reinstall I'm afraid.
If its on a work network I'd suggest speaking to them. You may find that you are unable to continue to use Dropbox without upgrading the software as they have depreciated lots of old versions recently.
