Google Domain Change

We recently changed our company name due to a rebrand and updated our Google Workspace primary domain. Now none of our team of 10+ (paying) members can access our company dropbox due to the Google sign in page saying 'Could not find your Google Account'.

The new domain was set as the primary domain and any emails sent to the old address are automatically forwarded to the new domain. However, as a company we are unable to access our dropbox account or any of the vital company files stored in the dropbox cloud.

I'm sure we're not the first to have this issue. Any ideas on what steps we can take to resolve this?
Are there any Dropbox admins here that can offer support?

Hi metashaun, and welcome to our Community!

To isolate this further, can you please double check if there’s any chance at all that an admin could still be logged in to their Dropbox account via another web browser?

If yes, it’s possible to temporarily disable Google Sign-in via these steps, and allow the rest of the members to log in, as well. After that, you can set it up again with the new email address.

Let me know how it goes, and we’ll take it from there.

    Hi Nancy,

Thanks for the quick reply. I've checked all other browsers and can't see anywhere I'm still logged in.

    What are the alternative steps?

    Thanks,

    Shaun.

    Hey Shaun!

Did you originally sign up to Dropbox using Google SSO, or the original email with a password and then later switched to SSO?

    Hi Nancy,

Apologies, I don't remember... but I believe it was the former (sign up with Dropbox using Google SSO). In either case could please list the two solution paths?

    Thanks,

    Shaun.

Shaun, is there any chance that the admin of the team can recreate their previous email address? Just so that they can log back in to the Dropbox account this way, and update the email addresses of the rest of the team members.
