How can I disable the feature to automatically open a Dropbox link in Explorer in Windows?
Dropbox recently implemented a feature that allows you to open Windows Explorer in the folder where the file is located when you click on a link to a file in your Dropbox. I have enabled this behavior as automatic, but I want to return to the default behavior and I can't find a way to disable this feature.
Thanks for the details. Could you visit this page on your account, and turn 'Open share links on desktop' to Off. This should revert that behavior to the default.

No worries, were you able to disable the feature, and has your experience returned to its previous behavior?

Here I am running Dropbox on Windows 11, Dropbox desktop app version 227.4.4774 and I am using Firefox browser.
Thanks

Hey Dawn H - thanks for letting us know about this and the screenshot too.
Can you clarify your computer's OS version, and the version/status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray?
