My files aren't syncing. Is my app connected to the right account?
I am a new employee to a company. The previous employee had a dropbox acct on the same computer that I use, however my files are not syncing with the other team members for the company.
When I open preferences below is the dropbox folder location which is that of the previous employee.
How can I resolve this issue?

Hey MaryJDKrane, welcome to our Community!
The first thing we need to check and clarify is the Dropbox account that's currently connected to the desktop app. You can use these steps to see if it's your own account that's linked there.
If you see the old employee's account then you might need to sign out, and then sign into your own. That should allow you to create a new Dropbox folder with your content in it. Which brings me to my next question: how do you add files for the rest of the team members to see?
Do you add them inside the Dropbox folder location shown on your screenshot, or somewhere else?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
