Not receiving 6 digit verification code
I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. I NEED these files!
Hey Jay,
I had previously added the no-reply@dropbox.com email to my contacts and that did not solve the problem. I was able to pull out my old computer, thankfully, and the code was being sent as a notification and not as an email. So I am in now but if I had not been able to resurrect my computer from the dead things would still be a problem!

Hi Alex2222, if your users are unable to login to the account, they can get in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
This can be done by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into any account, and accessing this link. From there they should be able to contact support.

Could you clarify what code you're referring to? Are you using two-step verification?
Are you referring to the one-time security code sent via email?

We are in the same boat with [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines] except we can still access the email it's just that Dropbox is not generating any email codes. PLEASE HELP US Nancy or Larry or anyone from Dropbox.

Can you please add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try again to see if that helps?
If you haven't already, make sure to check your spam folder as well.

Hi, I'm loged from another account, I can't login on my principal account, I have the password, but I'm not reciving the 6 digit verification on my email, I tried all, already added the no-reply@dropbox.com as a new contact and I still not reciving the email :C

Have you checked the junk/spam folder in your inbox to ensure it hasn't gone there by accident?
