Option: Make available offline no longer available in context menu
Hello, I have all my files online only, but when I need to work with them I usually right click the folder and click 'Make available offline' but that option is gone since the last big dropbox update. How do I get this back please? I can't work like this.
Hi, thanks for you quick reply. Shortly after I posted I found this thread that seems to solve the problem for now: https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Create-upload-and-share/I-can-t-see-any-sync-icons-next-to-my-files-in-my-Dropbox-folder/m-p/366686/highlight/true#M30585
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi from me as well, abbipress!
From what I can see, it looks like you’re missing all Dropbox options from the dropdown menu. Do you see exactly the same thing if you right click on the rest of your files, as well?
Can you follow the accepted solution provided here, and let me know if you see any difference afterwards?

Hi there! Correct, any file that I right-click doesn't have any Dropbox options. I just followed the steps for the Finder Extensions and Dropbox was the only one I had checked this whole time. Are there any other options for me? I just updated my mac to Ventura 13.3.1, not sure if that matters.

Thanks for the additional info!
Just to clarify, did you also relaunch your Finder after checking the Mac Extensions, and it didn’t make any difference?
- abbipress3 years agoExplorer | Level 3Yes I repeated the steps several times including relaunching my Finder

Hi there - I was passed along to someone else in my email thread for support and when I just replied it said the inbox is unmonitored and that I would have to submit another ticket...
I've been communicating through support for a couple of months now, is there anything else I can do? I'm getting to a place where I feel like I should give up.

Hey abbipress, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Could you share your ticket ID with us so that we can look it up in our system?
