please email me, I have boudoir shots on my old account that if I give my ID I can prove are mine, these are very important photos to me that the photographer does not have anymore, after I had my son it was the first time I actually felt comfortable in my body and wanted to get them in an portfolio album to myself - for myself only, to begin photography shoots.
it is a folder, and is the only thing in that account I want - I only uploaded dropbox to have the photographer send it so that should be the only thing in the account!
I cannot access my email because they changed my phone number AND all of my information, therefore google wont do jack crap - even after ive offered to give them my ids and information to prove I own that account.
I contacted support and they said the issue was resolved,
everytime I click the ticket link it only pops up to the customer support menu -
there is no option to look up the ticket or even reply to them back,
help!!
I am willing to do the same for this account in order to retrieve these photos!
It would mean the world to me!

Unfortunately, without an active device already linked to the account, the only way you'll be able to gain access to the Dropbox account is with the email address associated with the account. Dropbox will not give you access without access to the email address.
Your best option is to keep pushing Google to get your email address back.
