Someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed my credentials.
I think someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed the associated password and e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?

Do you still have access to your email account, which is associated with your Dropbox, or have you lost access to that as well?
If you don't have access to your email, I'm afraid we can't really help you yet, you'll need to first regain access to that and then get back to us.
