@Hannah. 

 

I have tried everything that possible solution that I can find in this community, but none of it can solve my problem. would you please help me solve this problem? My work has been affected due to this matter.

Are you not receiving the password reset email, on the address associated with the account you're using here, on the Community? Or is it a different Dropbox account?

 

Can we send you an email, so we can look into this?

    It is a different dropbox account. I can't log in and do anything. So, therefore, I used my personal dropbox account log-in to reach out for help. 

     

    Please do send me an email, and I can let you know which email my dropbox account can't receive the reset link.
