2FA Codes don't reach me

Hi. I am having major problems not logging into my two existing accounts. In both of them I get a notice after successfully logging in with username and password that they want to mail me my 2FA code. But nothing ever arrives by mail and I also checked my spam folder. If I contact the support and open a ticket, then I get a mail at some point that there is an answer. If I click on the link in this mail to find out what the answer to my problem is, then it is assumed that I have successfully logged in. That's the cat biting its own tail. I really don't know what to do. I am not logged in with any other device. The answers from support do not reach me. This is frustrating.

    Hey andy210779, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.

     

    Are you not receiving the two-step verification code or is it the 6-digit one time code instead?

     

    Can you check your spam folder as well?

     

    If it's not there, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to login again.

     

    Let me know how it goes.

    So I have already checked everything: Neither the one-time code nor the other code arrive. There is also nothing in the spam folder.

    And is this related to the one-time 6-digit code or 2FA?

    Why don't you finally tell me how I can have my required 2FA code sent to my phone as a text message or you disable the 2FA feature. Anyway, I've been trying to get help from you since last week and it's really annoying that I'm not being listened to properly.

    Hi andy210779, do you have any open, active ticket numbers from your communication with your support, so that I can locate them on my end?

     

    If not, then can I reach out to your Community-linked email address?

    In fact, in my case, it seems to be a security code and not a 2FA code that does not reach me by mail. This has all been going on for so many days now. This is very frustrating.
