2FA Codes don't reach me
Hi. I am having major problems not logging into my two existing accounts. In both of them I get a notice after successfully logging in with username and password that they want to mail me my 2FA code. But nothing ever arrives by mail and I also checked my spam folder. If I contact the support and open a ticket, then I get a mail at some point that there is an answer. If I click on the link in this mail to find out what the answer to my problem is, then it is assumed that I have successfully logged in. That's the cat biting its own tail. I really don't know what to do. I am not logged in with any other device. The answers from support do not reach me. This is frustrating.

Hey andy210779, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
Are you not receiving the two-step verification code or is it the 6-digit one time code instead?
Can you check your spam folder as well?
If it's not there, try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to login again.
Let me know how it goes.

So I have already checked everything: Neither the one-time code nor the other code arrive. There is also nothing in the spam folder.
