6-digit code not sent - want to find out if account still exists
hello,
i have another old account - mail adress and password existing - but if i wanna login an it says the system will send a 6-digit confirmation code, i do not receive on.
is there a way of checking what the issue is there. is there a way of checking if the account still exists.?

Can you check your spam folder as well?
If it's not there, make sure to add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts, to see if that helps too.

hello, ich checked and i added the mail to my contacts and did reuqest a new 6 digit code. still none receiving.

We can only email you to the address linked to your Community profile; is that the email address associated with the account that has the issue?
