Account Disabled no warnings

When I tried to login recently I found out that myAccount has been disabled. I am no more able to login and get back my data. There was professional and sensitive data in my account without that I am unable to work.

 

I have received no warnings or emails related to account disabled. It’s just when syncing stopped working I tried to login into the browser then Found out that account is disabled.

 

please let me know how can I get back access to my account.

    Was this a personal account, or were you a member of a Business team account? If it was a team account, you need to contact the team admin for the account. If it was a personal account and you weren't a member of the team, you'll need to contact Support directly.

     

    Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

      My account was professional account it was on trial for one month and billing date is 23rd of this month. I didn’t received sny notification as well as no response from dropbox regarding my account disable.

        Hey Manish98!

         

        Did you log a ticket with our support team about this? If yes, please send us your ticket number here. 

         

        Otherwise, follow these steps to open a ticket: 

         

        1. Make sure that you are NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account in your internet browser.
        2. Go to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues, and click on the “Can’t sign in?” option.
        3. Scroll down the page to “Submit a Help Request”.
        4. Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
        5. You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number. 
        6. Once you have a confirmation email with a ticket number, let us know that number here.
