Email address Not working

I have 2 phones. I can log in from 1 phone, so my email address is accepted but when logging in on on the other phone I receive message reading "Please enter a valid email address". So on second p...

    Hi there CB58, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    When you say log in on your phone, I'm assuming you're referring to the mobile app and not a web browser - correct? 

     

    Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, omitting any personal  information?

     

    If you're on the Basic plan, have you ensured that you're not hitting your account's device limit?
