Impossibile inviare l’SMS per l’autenticazione a due fattori. <a href="/help/364">Assistenza</a> I'm facing this huge problem I can't get inside my dropbox!
Dear Megan , Please I'd kindly need You help. I'm facing the same problem of Tabata P and Nik12. This morning I was able to login, but know when trying to login it says: Impossibile inviare l’SMS per l’autenticazione a due fattori. <a href="/help/364">Assistenza</a>.
Please, how can I solve this? Can You kindly help?

Ciao Caroncini! Yes I did but in a very strange way and not sure if can be replicate. I’ve tried on my computer, using different browse, on my phone app no luck.
but when I tried on my phone using a private page on Crome while i was trying to write on this forum i was able to get a code. And then to turn off the two way authentication and also to copy the codes! I use Dropbox for work and was very stressful. at the end I solved by entering using a browser on my phone. Try this way. And let me know.
