Getting an error when signing in with my old email address and password
I can't get into my old account and the email is different now and I had remembered login and password saved in phone and when I try to login in it says error sign in etc. I tried emailing them but it's only one letter change in the emails smh I had a lot of stuff on that account and I had the premium subscriptions multiple times

Welcome to our forum, Antman7! Let’s have a look into this.
Is your old Dropbox account linked to a disabled email address, and the new one only has one letter different?
Even in that case, you should be able to sign in to Dropbox with your old email address and password.
Has it been more than 12 months perhaps since the last time you signed in?
Can you send a screenshot of the error you're getting (while hiding your email address)?
Let me know, and we’ll take it from there.

You should be able to attach your screenshots in this thread by clicking on the small camera icon above your message box (right before posting your reply).
If the option doesn’t appear though, please try this via a computer instead.

the account email is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] isnt signing in and new one is removed

Hi Antman7, I removed your screenshots since they contain sensitive content.
So, just to clarify: you can't sign in using both the old, and the new email address?
Also, based on your screenshot, it seems you're trying to sign-in using Google Sign in, if I'm not mistaken.
Do you happen to remember the account's credentials, in order to directly input them in our app and try it that way?
- Antman72 years agoExplorer | Level 3I do it without Google and it sends the verification code to the email that is no longer in use because the email company changed and turn into Email.com. but I put the right password in and it does a verification code two step enter

I'm guessing that when you use the website to try and log into the account, you don't get any errors, right Antman7?
If you don't have access to our six-digit-security code, due to not having access to the email address linked to the account, then we'd need to have a closer look into this via email, to see what can be done.
Is that okay?
