I accidentally put the wrong date of birth while upgrading to Dropbox Family.

I was trying to sign up for a family plan, and I entered the wrong date of birth, which makes my age under 16 so I can't join now.

I have sended a ticket #25271463, but I need the problem to be solved as soon as possible. How long dose it usually take for a request to be solved?

    You'll need to wait for a response. It could be 24-72 hours, depending on the plan you're on.
