I can no longer access my linked email address. How can I enter my Dropbox account?
Hi,
So i haven't logged into my main account in a bit. The last time I did, we didn't receive a verification code to email.
I can no longer access that email, but I remember my account password. How do I go about this?
Dropbox Plan
( Standard.)
Are you a Team Member or Admin?
(Not sure)
Do you have access to the email linked to the account?
(Not sure)
Are there any devices connected to your Dropbox account?
(There used to be my old phone.)
Question or Issue
Added a ticket but was unsure of information like when I made the account and other information.

I was able to use your Community-linked email address, and locate an active ticket on our system.
It looks like one of our agents reply back to you not long ago. Are you able to locate their email? Thanks!

I did have some communication back in August but I didn’t know some of the answers to the question so I believe they close the ticket since it took me over 24 hours to try and find some of the answers.

Hey Payaso7x, thanks for the reply and the screenshot here.
Can you see if you can reply to that email from Griffin? Even if the ticket is now closed, it should open a new one for you.
Just make sure to provide the answers to those questions, so the team can assist you further.

I responded answering as many questions as possible. Griffin seems to have responded but only with the same automated message twice.
