Hi Vanphuc2807, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

What error are you getting when attempting to login?

As your able to reset the password using this link?

This will help me to assist further!

If you were able to create an account with that email address, then that means that there wasn't an account with that email address already. If you had one registered with that email previously and you haven't accessed in more than a year, the account would have been deleted due to inactivity. Unfortunately, once an account has been deleted due to inactivity, it's not possible to recover the account or the files that it contained.

It's where family memories are stored. I just log into my account when needed, but I don't use it often. How can there be such a ridiculous rule? mediafire, drive, and a lot of other cloud services even when I've been inactive for 10 years, I can still access it normally and it hasn't been deleted. dropbox arbitrarily deleted my account and did not notify a single email. All my memories are gone. I feel this service is not reliable anymore. thank you

Hi Vanphuc2807, as Rich suggested, if an account hasn't been accessed for over a year, then it would be deactivated by Dropbox due to inactivity, meaning it wouldn't be possible to recover the account or the files within.

I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on this matter.
