I cannot log into my old account and have no access to the email address
Hi there,
I have a Dropbox account that I’ve had for years. (2012) was the last time I logged into the email assosicated with my drop box account. I cannot login in. Dropbox has said my password is expired and now I need access to the email address to login. All my sons photos and videos are on this Dropbox and I’m devastated. Has anyone had this problem and drop box has been able to solve it.

Also, how long ago did you last log in? If it was over 12 months the account will have been removed for inactivity I'm afraid.

I haven’t had access for the email in years, but the drop box I login every year or a few times a year. I’ve been doing this for 8 years and only now has it asked me to change my password. Can Dropbox not access it at all? Is there a phone number for them? Anything? Desperate here 😞 - Mark3 years ago

All support options are at www.dropbox.com/support. However, they have said in the help centre and publicly that without access to the email there is no way to prove who you are.
