I can't access my email in order to get the 6-digit security code. What can I do?
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer)
My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code.
I only want to login Dropbox without check email 6-digit code, so what can I do?
Thanks
It is very unlikley you will be able to access the account without access to either a device (mobile possibly?) with Dropbox installed already OR the email.

You will need to log a ticket with Dropbox while not logged in - even to here so try an incognito browser and use the option to get account support from www.dropbox.com/support.

Hey aa155, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
Indeed, without access to the email address, there's not much we can do to help you regain access to the account.
I would suggest opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page. Scroll down a bit and click on "can't sign in?".
You can then submit a help request to our support team, to see if there's something that can be done.

Happy to hear that, aa155!
If you want, you can send your ticket number here as well, so we can look up the communication in our system.

Hey aa155, thanks for that!
I can see that an agent has responded back to your email. Feel free to respond back, and provide all the necessary info, and you'll go from there.

Hey Bylgja, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
When was the last time that you logged in to it?
Do you perhaps remember the password for it?

If an account sits idle for more than a year it's deleted due to inactivity. Once deleted, there's no way to recover the account or the files that it contained.
