I can't access to my account dropbox password
Hello ,
I have access to my email and dropbox account , but I can't login to dropbox password, I put the user and the password correctly, I receive the 2FA validation code by sms a message appears...

Are you receiving this prompt when trying to access Dropbox Passwords via the website or the mobile app?
Also, just to clarify, are you able to access your Passwords account from any other device/browser?

As it sounds like you don't have access to your Dropbox Passwords account any more on any of your devices, this would mean that it wouldn't be possible to log back into your account without your recovery words.
