I can't log into my account because the email inbox is full

Hi, I’m having trouble logging into my other account because the email inbox is full. How can this be solved? Thanks

Is this because you're being sent a one-time security code to the email address on your Dropbox account and you're unable to receive it because the Inbox is full? If so, you'll need to make room in your Inbox so you can receive the code. Without it, you won't be able to sign in.

If that's not what you're referring to, you'll need to provide more information about the problem.
