I lost access to the email address linked to my Dropbox account.

Nancyyes it’s requiring a code and I can’t get past that. The account is tied to a former employer email and I no longer work there but the subscription is charging to my personal credit card. the account is [email removed as per Community Guidelines] -I also have the number that the charge on my credit card shows if you need that.
