I need help accessing my Dropbox account, since I no longer have access to the email.

Hi Guys,

I had an old account user with Drpbox (since 2010)!

In this year i have changed my ISP from Fastweb to Vodafone.

My fastweb mail (the Dropbox user account) it's EXPIRED!!!

In addition, So that I don't miss anything, i have changed my phone and i can't do the recovery hardware procedure!

So i have lost my spaces!

Someone can help me to move my data from the old account ziny**fas**.it to the new one?

    Hello Megan,

    Yes, that it's the main issue.

    I have login and psw but when you send me the 2FA code i don't receive it on my new phone.

    Thanks a lot for your quick reply!

    I remember my user login but the MFA send the code to the old mail and to the allowed devices.

    But i have not my old phone so i don't received the code for the login :-)

    On our end, we can't transfer content from one account to another, however I'd like to see what we can do in order to help you access the account.

    Since your email address is no longer accessible, do you have issues receiving the security code when trying to access your account? 

    I'm asking because you also mentioned that you've changed your phone, so I need to identify if this is linked to our 2FA feature, or our security code.

    Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
