I need to acces my paid accaount It has all my files.
i have a paid account. every time I log in I get to a free account with no files. I need the credentials top access the paid account. the subscription is for DROPBOX*S5BX9WZ1JQ16My credentials are looging me in to a free account,=. with zero files I have 20 years of work stored on the paid account which is in good standing.I want to access them and you company has the absolute worst support chat system It from a diiferentb era. please resolve this for me

You're likely signing in to the wrong account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.

Thanks for your responce. I have done this and it logs me into my free account every time.
Dropbox is a publicly traded company with no way to get the help I need access to my files, and I am paying for this access, yet I cannot get in. It says in that the email address is the same as the free account. i am at my wits end! Do i g=have to fly to San Framcisco and visit them?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
