Last week I was able to access to one of two accounts from quite a while ago.
The account I was able to regain access to I haven’t logged into since 2017. The second factor of verification code was being sent to an email address that I no longer have access to.
I reached out to support via email and they were able to verify my identity and temporarily remove the second factory identification at that point, I was able to enter my password and regain access to the account. My files were not deleted.
