2 years agoGot it. One more thing I’d like you to try is reset your Dropbox password. Are you able to sign in to your account after that?

Unfortunately, I am also not receiving the email to change my password.
The email you are going to log a ticket for is not the one from the one that I’m having difficulty logging into. Is there anyway you can check from my Essentials account that charges me monthly?
