Issue with 2FA and I have a ticket with support
I have a ticket Ticket #22933400: DB: Can't log in
I am locked out of Dropbox.
I have also submitted additional information to support@dropbox.zendesk.com <support@dropbox.zendesk.com>
Verifying my name, last phone number associated to account, What actual city I am in, City where I last successfully logged into dropbox from, Name of a file I last uploaded, My current location, Name of a folder, and picture of my computer's mac address.
I did everything that was said to do via https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Settings-and-Preferences/Two-factor-problem-account-lost-user-since-2009/td-p/288115 's orginal post.
Thanks!

I even tried signing into a laptop that dropbox has been signed into before, and the files are still on the computer but they show an X and can't be opened, and I am still being asked for a two step password, even though that laptop is on the same network, and should be a trusted computer since I've used dropbox on it before, and submitted a code to log into my account before.
I can't get google authenticator codes to work, and have lost my print out of my backup code that I printed back in July of 2023!
Thanks,
Chris
